excellent buying experience I have been waiting for about 7 years to buy a car. But my 1st At ultimate image auto and treatted me With respect And didn't try to force any kinda of a car down my throat. I come in knowing what type of vehicle I was interested in. Angelo Mickens show me different types ( due to a change in heart of my part.) was very polite, patient, respectful. Chris who is the manager was also polite and very informative. He also treated me with respect and didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed. Any who I highly recommend this auto dealer. I never received a response so the following Saturday I drove to the dealership and I could find no one to help me. So I called them as I was leaving and again just wanted the price for two vehicles I was interested in. I was told they didn't have the information but they would get someone from sales on the line and they were all too busy. So I left my phone number and the information I was requesting and still have not heard anything. Apparently business is so good they don't need mine. More
