They simply wanted to sell me the car and move on to the the next customer without even taking the time to help me get oriented with my new vehicle. My experience with Ultimate Buick-GMC was quite different. There were no high pressure salesmen at this dealership. Douglas Williams, the sales consultant, was knowledgeable about the vehicles he presented to me. He was passionate about showing me all of the features and options as well as educating me about some of the most recent technological apps. I do believe that it is the passion and genuine interest in the vehicles AND the eagerness to serve and satisfy the customer that sets Douglas Williams apart from the rest. Phenomenal, Phenomenal, Phenomenal! We were in the process of looking to buy a new GMC pickup and we had been buy the dealership after closing hours on several occasions to see what inve We were in the process of looking to buy a new GMC pickup and we had been buy the dealership after closing hours on several occasions to see what inventory fit our expectations. We later contacted one of the salesman Douglas who from the very first moment we knew that this was going to be a great experience (positive) and we were not disappointed. From the beginning Doug was professional but low key. No pressure whatsoever, but was extremely pleasant and friendly. He was extremely well versed in the vehicles we were looking at and just made the whole first encounter a great time. We later found a vehicle at another dealership that had everything we were looking for and we contacted Doug and he got that vehicle for us and within a few days we were driving our new pickup! Doug and the entire staff we dealt with at Ultimate were to say the least, fantastic. We cannot say enough about the high quality of customer service and Doug ensured that we did not leave that lot with any questions at any time not being answered from our first visit until we drove off. We have bought a few additional accessories and Doug was always right there to help arrange getting the products, to making sure service appointments were made and making sure we received nothing but the greatest in assistance and service. The staff is great in Parts, Service and of course the paperwork side as well. Ultimate does it all and they do it the best. We had been looking at the GMC Acadia's recently with plans of possibly purchasing one down the road. I stopped at the lot to look them over and Doug Williams came out to assist me. Doug was excellent to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and so very helpful.
