First buying experience, BEST buying experience. I called Ultimate Auto a week ago today to inquire about a vehicle sitting on the lot, not entirely sure on if I was ready to purchase one or not...bu I called Ultimate Auto a week ago today to inquire about a vehicle sitting on the lot, not entirely sure on if I was ready to purchase one or not...but ended up getting transferred to talk with Doug. I asked him a simple question, which lead to more questions and after really looking over the vehicle on the website, I was hooked. Doug made this so easy for me! I go to school at Arkansas State in Jonesboro, so 2 1/2 hours away and wanted to test drive it to make sure I really loved it. With Dougs help, and my parents I was able to spend an hour - just an HOUR, making the purchase today! That hour included visiting, test driving, meeting with the finance department, learning the ins and outs of the car, and driving off. I could not have asked for a easier buying experience...in fact, it makes me want to go buy another just because it was that easy! LOL. More
