Probably the best vehicle transaction I have ever had I frequently trade my vehicles, averaging at least 2-3 transactions a year for the past 25 years. Alan Sollis and the Ultimate finance department handled all the details, including shipping, efficiently and effectively. Moreover, Ultimate (unlike Florida dealerships) had no document or dealer fees. The vehicle was shipped expeditiously, and was in perfect condition upon arrival. The follow up during and after the sale was perfect as was the entire transaction. I went with John and we took the Gladiator on a short cruise back into Mtn Home returning to the dealership, I asked him what would he give us for a two Vehicle trade against this particular Pick up, my wife was not totally in agreement as we had to come back home and take the 2012 Jeep Wrangler back to the dealership. Since my Wrangler was tied up with a boat loan I had to go to the Bank and request a refinance to free the title--bank was in agreement so we went back and ask Mr Miller to deal with us and he did-I had several questions re the pickup regarding running boards and bed covers which he explained and took us back to service -we ordered both, both were installed and to top everything off my Wife is extremely happy with the looks, the ride and the ease with which she can get into the vehicle. My last three Jeep vehicles were purchased in Melbourne Ark from Miller Chrysler dealership, but they sold and I switched my service to Mtn Home which I felt we needed to get at least one vehicle from Ultimate Auto More
