I bought a van at Ultimate Auto on December 28, 2020. An employee of Ultimate Auto that was not wearing a mask screamed at me within the 6 foot limit because I hurt their feelings after a confrontati An employee of Ultimate Auto that was not wearing a mask screamed at me within the 6 foot limit because I hurt their feelings after a confrontation over where I parked when I went back on January 4th for a service appointment I had been scheduled for. Their employee jeopardized my health during this pandemic. Also, they didn't even have the stereo they legally must install when I arrived even though I was scheduled a week in advance for the appointment. I refuse to go back to their location due to how their employee endangered my health. Take that as you will. Shop here at your own risk. They are not above board. Horrible service after the sale. More
