I have enjoyed working part-time for Uftring Weston Cadillac - Chevrolet. I have brought 2 personal vehicles there to be regularly serviced. Service Advisor Denise Doyle has been an excellent servic Cadillac - Chevrolet. I have brought 2 personal vehicles there to be regularly serviced. Service Advisor Denise Doyle has been an excellent service advisor to work with. And she has provided Great Service and suggestions for the vehicles I have brought to her for service and/or repair ! I have also observed Denise to be completely honest and patient with her many customers and with me. She works hard for all of her customers and for the Uftring Weston dealership !! More
0 stars. We had a vehicle in for service that should have been covered by the platinum warranty we purchased from Uftring Weston. We told the service departme We had a vehicle in for service that should have been covered by the platinum warranty we purchased from Uftring Weston. We told the service department about the warranty prior to any work being done. The service department said the service was not covered and we agreed to have the work done. We checked with the warranty company and it was a covered service after all. We showed the service department where the warranty coverage stated it was a service covered and they said it was not covered. They even argued that is was definitely not covered. We paid over $1500 out of pocket. We contacted the warranty company directly to find out the service department NEVER called the warranty company and it is a covered service. Update: Uftring Weston Service Manager called to try to make this situation right after seeing our reviews. More

I was happy when we bought the vehicle. Now not even two months later, I am not. Review Update: not even two months later, there are multiple things wrong with my brand new car. We’ve made one payment before it had to be taken in to service. The wipers randomly turn on and when it rains (and we need them) we can’t control them. Also, ALL of the controls on the steering wheel quit working. Called on Friday to get the Trax into service and was told there was nothing open until Monday. Fair enough. Took the car in today and was told they know what’s wrong but won’t have the parts for a few days but it’s probably safe to drive. When I mentioned the wipers and chance of rain, I’m told there are no loaners available. As I sat in the lounge waiting, at least three folks left in their loaners. I would love to edit this review again and report that everything has been taken care of, but at this point I can’t suggest anyone buy from here. As I left the service department, I felt like a number rather than a valued customer. ***We worked with a wonderful salesman named Phil and had a great experience. I wasn’t completely sure which vehicle I wanted. Phil had vehicles brought from other locations so I could check out each vehicle at the same location and drive them back to back to compare. Each person along the way of the buying process was friendly and helpful and I have zero complaints. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and suggest you ask for Phil :) More
Car not running I took my car in to get a ty-tod replaced then I was told my car wouldn't stay running. It ran and started up just fine before I took it in. Whatever they screwed up, they won't admit to it and so now I'm stuck with a car that won't run. I will never do business with uftring again. I have bought all my cars through them and they just lost me as a customer. More
