I presented an issue to them. The service advisor gave me three updates and told me each time that nothing was covered under my warranty. Said advisor returned with an update and The service advisor gave me three updates and told me each time that nothing was covered under my warranty. Said advisor returned with an update and mentioned that the issue is warrantied. Later, I received an email from said advisor claiming the battery needs to be replaced and is not covered under the warranty. The advisor then found a way to get it covered; however, there was another part that needed replaced (weirdly not related to the problem) and that part is not covered. Fine, I'll pay it, I just need my car back. Less than 24 hrs later, car acts like it is in a low gear and won't reverse; the engine light appears. I tried contacting the Advisor...ghosted. More

Uftring Service did everything they were supposed to no problem. I had an oil change and a tire TMS sensor replaced. When I called for the oil appointment I asked how much to replace a tire sensor. I wa problem. I had an oil change and a tire TMS sensor replaced. When I called for the oil appointment I asked how much to replace a tire sensor. I was told $40 per tire. I thought this was a great deal so I asked them to do that too. When I got the bill it was $40 to replace the sensor but $113 or so for the sensor too. Not a pleasant surprise. I did not complain but I was very disappointed. Up front accurate pricing is important. More
