Usually the service is fine, this time not so much. Dropped my truck Sunday night for Monday morning appointment, oil change, rotate, check brakes. Oil change tech says rear brakes are at 6mm which I k Dropped my truck Sunday night for Monday morning appointment, oil change, rotate, check brakes. Oil change tech says rear brakes are at 6mm which I knew they were worse. Had them recheck and they were metal to metal on one side. They didn’t have caliper so it was ordered, one day eta from Chicago then changed to 2 days from Michigan. Parts department forgot to order an additional part so Wednesday they had to reorder and overnight it. Box came in Thursday with wrong part. Overnighted part again. Finally comes in on Friday and truck is completed late Friday. One week for rear brake job. They said it was right rear caliper but replaced left rear. Numerous calls all week. Wanted them to double check to make sure correct caliper was replaced. Service manager never returned my voicemail. Called and spoke to assistant service manager. He looked into it, forgot to call me back though. Told me it was a clerical error and supposedly fixed correct side. Kind of lost a lot of confidence over this one. Dealership now charging service charge for credit card payment. Had a car in the week before for service and was going to use credit card until cashier was nice and informed me it would be an additional $22 if I used my credit card based on percentage of total bill. Fortunately I had debit card with me to use. More
