THE SALESMAN JOHN STARNES WAS FRIENDY AND VERY NICE TO DO BUSSINES WITH. DIDN'T TAKE ME LONG TO BUY THE TRUCK.. I TAKE IT BACK TO THEM TO BE SERICED AND HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY GOOD. My Ford automobile developed a problem that morning, at which time I contacted the dealership's service department. I was scheduled for an appointment to drop off my car within the hour. I was provided a which time I contacted the dealership's service department. I was scheduled for an appointment to drop off my car within the hour. I was provided a courtesy ride to my home. Don contacted me about two hours later and explained the problem and the cost. After giving them permission to proceed with the repair, Don contacted me about two hours later and said my automobile was ready. The courtesy van appeared in my driveway about 20 minutes later and gave me a ride back to the dealership, where I paid for the service and was back on the road the same day. Everyone was very courteous and the dealership provided excellent service! More
