I explaned this to the salesman prior to my visit and he found a way to speed the process up but still was able to explain and demonstrate everything about the new truck. I have purchased over twenty new vehicles in the last 30 years and this was by far the best "new car buying experience" I have ever had. They hit my target trade difference price really close the first time and we didn't have to spend time going back and forth arguing over a few hundred dollars. If there service department is half as good as their sales department I have found a dealer I can count on! More
This was my first experience with a Subaru. I was a soccer mom who was tired of driving a van. My husband was the one who suggested test driving an Outback. I liked Howard right away. He really seemed confident that he was selling good product and there was no need to use pressure tactics. When he found out was the car was for me and I was making the decisions, he was happy to talk to me, not just my husband. I made the decision to buy new, and unfortunately because it was a new model and in demand, there wasn't much negotiation on the price. But I did feel that Uftring was fair on my trade-in and I have been happy with their service department. When people ask about my car, I send them to Howard! More
