Everyone who I dealt with at Uftring was very friendly and professional . PJ promptly called me after I inquired through the Costco program. He was able to locate the car I wanted with all the options. Utring is one of the only Local dealership who participate in the Costco program. I was given a very good price without all the hassle or negotiations. PJ spent time to ensure I knew how to operate all the futures of the car. The Ford Sync system is extremely user friendly and I love it! Everyone else at this dealership made me feel welcome and comfortable during the whole sales process and afterwards. I definitely would recommend this dealership. More
Made buying a new car a fun experience!! We had been in the market looking for a new car for about a month. We live in Normal, and we were looking for a Ford Fusion Hybrid. We had test drove one at another dealership, but did not like the options available on the specific car we test drove. We looked around, and found several other Ford dealerships in central IL that had various selections of the Fusion, but not Hybrid or with the combinations of options we were looking for. When we found a match on the Uftring Ford website, we called and scheduled an appointment to come in and see the car and test drive. The entire family came in from Normal on a Monday evening, Chad Allen met us at the door, had the car all ready and waiting, let us take it for a test drive, and we came back and baught the car that night. Chad was great walking us through everything, and then we met with Dave Brown to complete the financing, and he was great as well. The price was right, the car was right, the guys at Uttering treated us right, it really made buying a new car a fun experience!!! I will go there again for my next car purchase. More

Taking the time to explain additional options and letting us making the decisions ourselves, resulted in purchasing the right optional offers for the car that will keep us satisfied for the years to come. Ivan and the Uftring leadership team were very efficient throughout the process, displaying a true teamwork in processing every step of the sale. The result was the best price, the lowest available finance rate, and a friendly atmosphere. My past experience with other auto dealerships was depleting during the numerous "round robin" negotiations with the managers to get to the right price; while at Uftring - they really treat you right. We will be back for newer cars when the time comes! More

New Car Purchase I had a good experience with the purchase of my Ford Escape. There were no hidden fees and the final cost of the vehicle met my expectations. I really appreciated that Ollie took the time to help me with my car/phone system. My only concern with the overall experience was my connection with the service department. I do not know if I have a service advisor that I am assigned to or, if I just make an appointment for service and see the first advisor who is available. More

Our salesman Ollie was very helpful and patient with our young boys. We had to test fit car seats which took some time. We also wanted to try two different vehicles to see which fit us best. I have seen very few Subaru on the road and I was a little hesitant on the fact there was only 2 at the dealership of the model we were interested in until it occurred to me that people are keeping the older models and the new ones are sold before they can unload them. Within the time frame of a test drive and consultation, three people came into the dealership wanting the same vehicle and that got my attention. The worst thing in the world for a salesman to deal with is a customer who doesn't care if they buy a car or not; who is willing to drive away in the same vehicle they drove up in and be happy about it- this is who Howard had to deal with. He never attempted to sell us what we didn't want and he knew the test drive would speak for itself; all we needed was information and confirmation and who better to do that than an owner of the same model we were interested in. He listened to what I wanted to view and test drive carefully then showed us the inventory he had on hand. After a nice test drive Chad explained the features of the Outback, let us review the two cars (different colors and styles) that we had selected, then gave us ample time to discuss without any pressure or additional comments. I did trade in a vehicle that was 11 years old but in GREAT shape and had been maintained perfectly. The trade in price was o.k. but nothing extra. Bluebook pricing was shown and given as an example so I was not overly pleased with the trade in pricing but it was o.k. The purchase went quickly and efficiently and look forward to using Uftring service department when the time comes. Overall the experience was a nice, no pressure, and effective experience. More
