Ivan's the man! We headed to Uftring's Automall last Saturday knowing exactly the car we wanted. The price was right and the car was just what we were looking for. We feel we got the most bang for our buck. We were extremely pleased with our salesman, Ivan. He was not only knowledgable about the car, he was a plaesure to do business with. We felt Ivan went out of his way to answer all of the questions we had. He also respected the fact that we didn't have all day to spend at the dealership. We left extremely pleased with our choice of vehicles and salespeople. We found Ivan and Uftring to be fair and willing to work with us. We had been shopping for several months for a car. Made Car buying enjoyable I was somewhat hesitant on purchasing a car as I had been in a truck for over 6 years but need something that had better gas milage. Although I almost choose to go somewhere else because of my interaction with the 1st salesman, I'm glad I decided to return. AJ was wonderful and let me take my time in making the decision that was best for me. He let me go at my own pace and in the end felt very comfortable that I had made the right decision. More

I scheduled a time that I could be in the area (I live 2 hours away) and the 2013 Forester I wanted to test-drive was on and ready to go for my test drive. However, I ended up seeing an Outback I was interested in and decided to test-drive it instead. John was very patient with me, my questions and my relative's questions. Altogether a great experience and the car has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Uftring Automall to anyone who is on the market for a car. More

I set up a test drive for a Sat morning and the salesman Scott Holzem was there to meet me. We went out for a nice little drive where Scott took the time to explain a lot of the features and everything that went on with the 2013 Escape. The overall process went pretty smooth. My finance guy Dave Brown was also very professional and didn't hound me about a bunch of extras. I feel like I have time to mull things over when they aren't being pushy. Overall great experience!! Now a month later I had an issue with the vehicle on my way down to Florida, called Scott up and let him know what was going on. He called me back several times to make sure the Ford dealer in Florida took care of me. I won't go into all the details but I feel Scott went above and beyond to try and help. I would definitely buy from him again! More

I called him initially because I had already met him previously and heard from my girlfriend of his top notch customer service. Within two hours I was walking out the door with a car I was very happy with and it was painless and felt like I had just spent time talking with one of my friends catching up.
