The Satin White Pearl, 2015, Touring Forester has it all, Eye Sight, absolutely fantastic looks (very sharp in the White Pearl), handles great, super safety ratings and the Harmon/Kardon speaker system is fabulous. AJ is very well versed in the operation of all of the options that came with the Forester and provided answers to all of our questions on the spot, and he had all of the programming of the necessary control functions done when we came to pick up the car, much appreciated. Chris in finance was fast, prepared, friendly, and easy to work with. He did a great job of having all of the paper work ready when we got there. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. This in fact was my second purchase of a Foreste I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from Uftring Automall. Scott Holzem was my sales representative. This in fact was my second purchase of a Forester and Scott was my sales rep previously. With the first Forester, Scott had to do his job to sell the car since Subarus were new to me. He did a great job, very knowledgeable, patient and accommodated me through the process. I didn't make it easy, we test drove and compared features. I was going back and forth deciding between a Toyota or a Subaru. I was pretty particular on features since I would be transporting elderly parents. Subaru won and through the years was extremely pleased with the car. My second Forester Scott got off easy. I came to him already with the decision to buy a new one. Exactly what I wanted was not available on the lot. Scott and I arranged an appointment time and simply discussed what I wanted, my options and extras. I ordered the car, every couple of weeks Scott would update me on the arrival status. Any questions, issues, or concerns I had, Scott dealt with promptly and resolved them. Chris Craine handled the financial paperwork. He amazed me how efficient he was with all the legal aspects. Overall, I had another good experience at Uftring. He had answers for every question we had without saying..."let me check on that". We did not have many questions though as Jim demonstrated and presented the vehicles features and nomenclature flawlessly. He and Chris worked together to put a financing package together for us that would work within our tight budget . We have no regrets whatsoever about choosing to do a deal with Uftring. The service after the sale was top notch as well. (had to take vehicle back in one week later to get it Simonized) The way I was treated....you would have thought I had purchased a $70,000 vehicle. When I showed up Aaron let me know as soon as I walked in that he had already paged Jim to alert him of my arrival. More
