The truck was the prior model year and between discounts and rebates was very reasonably priced, so the only question was what they were going to offer me for my trade-in. They gave me a fair trade-in value for the truck (with minimal haggling), so it was a good experience. Frank, Brad and Dave were all great to work with. They treated us with respect and treated us fairly. Frank went over how to operate the different features on the truck and told us to call him if we have any questions down the road. More

An honest mistake by not entering the correct information into the computer. However, after it was discovered, Aaron and Mike Bambrick went way over the line to correct this error. I have never experienced more sincerity by anyone to "make it right". They not only found another car very similar to my wants and needs, they found one right away. The entire process over all was one of great satisfaction on my part and my wife's. It ended up being one of the most satisfying buying experience ever, as I found early on that these people are very honest and sincere. I would definitely recommend Uftring, Aaron Joseph and Mike Bambrick to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More
