Was on the way to another dealership to purchase another car we had been looking at and had stopped in Uftring to take a look at a couple other options (just to be sure), and the whole experience worked out really well, we looked at some cars as alternatives and wrapped up a deal in less than a couple hours. Financing discussions with Dave were clear, simple and quick, didn't drag on. Explained options for warranty plans, didn't push any and in fact we wanted to wait and look into the options and were not pressured into anything at time of sale. A couple items on the delivery, a seat latch was not working when looking over the car. Would have expected that to fixed before delivery to us, instead had to make a service appointment.... Pressure in tires were not all up to correct pressure. Overall highly recommend, dealership and personnel we worked with were great. More

Howard Marfell offered us what we consider to be a fair price without a lot of haggling, and he kept us up to date as the car was built and then delivered just about as scheduled. At delivery, Howard walked us through all of the features, especially pointing out where they differed from the 2011. Chris Craine quickly completed the sale paperwork and spelled out the additional services available (paint & interior protection, extended warranty, etc.) but didn't try to push things we did not want. This was our third Subaru purchase from Howard, and we'll be back when it's time to replace our other Subaru, a 2013 Forester. More

Another great car from John Applen I was a little upset that Ford stopped making the Focus station wagon which had seemed a good fit for me two times previously. I stopped in and told John what I was looking for - he suggested a car that, unknown to him, I had just been looking at. He made the rest easy - letting me drive the car to get a feel for it and going over all the features. Dave Brown explained the financing options in an understandable and prompt manner.
