First Car Buying Experience Went Surprisingly Well John made my first dealership car purchase an exciting and informative experience. John was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot, and made sure to follow up with timely answers to the few questions he did not know right off the bat. If I have family or friends who need a new vehicle, I would tell them to start with John. On the numbers side, Randy was also very helpful. He filled in to answer questions about my vehicle while the Sales member was occupied. He tuned his negotiation to his audience with me being a young adult (pushed the limit a time or two when discussing my personal budget, but not to the point where I felt disrespected). He drove a hard bargain, but in the end I think we arrived at a very fair price. More

So when my wife told be she had done some drive-by looking at some potential replacements for her rather drab and aging minivan, and wanted me to go with her to try one or two of them out on the road, I said: 'Sure, but we are NOT ready to BUY. The first one we tried out was OK--neither one of us were thrilled, but it was OK. But that wasn't good enough for Rob--he asked us what would THRILL us, and then FOUND something that EXACTLY met our (long and eclectic) list. We drove it, and it was obvious that my wife WAS thrilled. Rob offered to help us look at several other possibilities, but there was no point--it was clearly what she wanted. I really REALLY wasn't ready to sign that day, but Rob made everything work out so well that we did anyway--and my wife has continued to be thrilled. I'm a happy man. THANKS ROB!!! More

Thank You Frank!! My husband and I were in the market for a 2004-2005 Ford Thunderbird. We initially started on CarGuru.com and found a T-bird we were interested in at My husband and I were in the market for a 2004-2005 Ford Thunderbird. We initially started on CarGuru.com and found a T-bird we were interested in at Uftring. I made contact with Frank and he was courteous and patient with me and my million questions. My husband stopped by to look at the car and even though this wasn't the one for us, Frank didn't drop the ball. During a 2-3 year period, Frank would contact us about various T-birds they had at the dealership. This year he contacted us with what he thought was "the one", a 2004 Pacific Coast. We made a 3 hour drive to Uftring to meet with Frank and test drive the car. We had given them a price we would pay but it turned out there were a couple of things we were not happy with. My husband offered a lower price due to those things and Frank went to bat for us. Not only did we get the car of my dreams but at the price we wanted along with delivery of the auto since we couldn't take it home that day. I also obtained a fabulous receipe of Frank's Grandmas zuchinni! I have a number of Frank's business cards in my office to give to my customers who may be looking for a great car and a great price; talk to Frank! More
