Great Experience We came into Uftring before you opened just to look around. Really did not plan on buying that day. Soon after you opened, Ollie Troyer came out to assist us. We found one we were interested in/ Ollie went to get keys and license. He took us on a long test drive, one with lots of curves so we could get the feel of the car and then back to the highway . We both drove and fell in love with this car. There was no pressure at all . Ollie asked if we would like to see what our trade in was worth and the cost of the car pmts. We did. While in there ,still no pressure or hassles . It was great !! He offered us a choice of beverage and we had a great chat while we were waiting for financing. Our experience was by far the best we have Ever had. Ollie is very knowledgeable and friendly , he put us at ease immediately. We purchased the Ford Fusion Titanium . It has mega options. A lot to take in. A few days later, Ollie called to make sure everything was going well and answered a few questions we were having about how to maneuver certain features . Ollie is a great asset to your company . Ivan helped me re-connect my phone to the car and showed me some of the options available and how they work, I needed a loaner car to get home. Kenyon was fantastic. He had Aaron Joseph get the car and take me down to get it filled with gas. Aaron is a wonderful salesman and person. He made me very comfortable and shared some easy tricks to learn all the many programs on my car. I was somewhat frustrated with all the options. It was overwhelming. He put me at ease letting me know, that I am not the only one who has had some adjustment issues. He assured me that in no time I could select the many options with out hardly looking. He also let me know that at any time I needed help with something, just come in and help was available. Thank you all for your friendliness , knowledge and warm atmosphere , putting us right as ease and making our experience with you a very pleasant one. Thanks again. This was my 2nd experience buying from him- and this time I traveled over I can’t recommend PJ Adair highly enough for helping you find your next car. This was my 2nd experience buying from him- and this time I traveled over an hour because I knew I could trust him to sell me a high quality car at a fair price- and make the process easy and enjoyable. I was not disappointed. Because of my distance, I spent a lot of time looking online, and talking to PJ on the phone and through emails. He never hesitated or had to look up answers to my questions- he really knows his cars. Plus, he’s just a great guy- he’s funny and easy to talk to, shares stories about his kids and asks about mine. I never felt pressured; it was like shopping with an old friend. His schedule also made it very convenient for me to find time outside of my work hours to drive to E. Peoria for a test drive. Once I finally got there and made my decision- the process of negotiating price, getting financing and signing paperwork went very quickly! He gave me plenty of information to justify the price, and explained the paperwork in a way that I could understand. Overall, it was fun buying my car. And I left without any doubts in my decision.
