Aaron, aka AJ, is the man you need to see at Uftring Subaru! We had been researching new vehicles on the internet and decided we wanted to test drive a Subaru Outback. Kenyon then left us with AJ to go on the test drive. He gave us a lot of information about the Outback. We loved the car and decided to see if we could make the trade. AJ, his sales manager and Chris Craine (finance) worked with us to get our payment within our budget. Needless to say we made the trade. Before we left AJ went over the vehicle with us, gave us tips on how to work everything and even synced my phone. After checking out some Ford Fusions and Nissan Altimas at several dealerships, we decided to work with PJ Adair at the Uftring Automall based on recommendation from family. We were extremely pleased with the entire buying experience, PJ was professional and friendly at all times and worked hard with to negotiate an affordable deal that met our budget constraints. We finally settled on a 2013 Altima which has been a favorite make/model of mine for the past 4 years as a preferred rental vehicle. When it was time to do the paperwork, Dave Brown helped us through the process quickly and with minimal waiting, even when an error on our part required starting the loan process over from scratch. Vince Malson was our salesman, and he reserved the model we were interested in for a test drive later in the day, so the car would not be sold. Drive went well, they ran numbers, we asked for an adjustment, and deal was made. We took the car home that night and signed papers next day. Key for us is not spending hours and hours in a dealer...Vince made it quick as possible. We came in knowing what we wanted, and everything went well. I would/have recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dealer who is not judgmental, very opened to your needs/wants, and most of all a great experience. I believe a couple of the guys out there can learn a great deal from this young man. I also had worked John (more so with the financial side). Good guy.... I think I took him off guard with my knowledge which made it easier for him to explained the overall cost. We did do a bit of "back and forward" talking, but it was in both our best interest. I'm glad he was able to work things out on his end. He was a great person to deal with (surprisingly since it was waayyyy past closing). Great Guy. Great Person. He went above and beyond to find every possible rebate available. So appreciated, given my unexpected financial position. Chris did a great job in getting me in and out of the finance office quickly and painlessly. I was impressed with his attention to detail and everything was taken care of in a one stop shop process.
