He even came in on his day off to help me, as he'd been recommended by my dad. I got out of there within a few hours, I'm extremely happy with the dealership and Brad (thank you!!), and ready to hit the road with my new car. Also, Rob Applegate was very helpful while we were waiting for Brad to come in. Scott called me on a weekly basis to give real-time updates on the arrival of my new car. Negotiating on price and Financing was straight forward, no hassle, no gimmicks and didn't waste my time. After the purchase Scott has followed up via email and phone. Uftring Ford is #1 in my opinion and I'll definately recommend them to all friends and family. More

Test driving really didn't matter to me because I ordered a manual and they had an automatic. With the excellent reliability and consumer satisfaction and it being rated the number one small SUV in consumer reports it was the easiest vehicle purchase I ever made. More
