Perfect Fit I was in search of a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace my 9 year old Honda Civic that I had purchased new back in 2005. I had looked on several I was in search of a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace my 9 year old Honda Civic that I had purchased new back in 2005. I had looked on several dealer lots and didn’t find the right fit till I went over to Uftring. They were the nicest, friendliest group of sales consultants I have ever worked with. I didn’t feel pressured to buy; it was a very causal setting. Since the exact style of vehicle I was looking for with certain options was not on the lot at the time I initial was there they were able to (within a week) find something that met my criteria and budget. They had it shipped over; when I went to test drive the Jeep it felt perfect! The day I went to test drive (Sat.) I was on a short timeline, so they were able to start all the paperwork, lock in the deal and agreed to have me come back on Monday to pick up the vehicle. Very accommodating team and will definitely keep doing business with them. More

A Different Model I was really upset to recently find out that the truck I bought was not the truck that was sold to me. My Chevy Silverado 1500 HD was not an HD as I f I was really upset to recently find out that the truck I bought was not the truck that was sold to me. My Chevy Silverado 1500 HD was not an HD as I found out when i went to buy replacement parts. This was the whole reason i bought the truck because it was an HD. It was labeled on both sides of the truck, but when i checked the vin after getting the wrong parts discovered the sales people had lied. It was not an HD. Apparently I needed to double check the fine print on the paperwork as well since it was labeled differently. I will not be buying another vehicle from here again. More
