I'd previously test driven a Wrangler with Ryan Blake about a year prior and even though I didn't make a purchase at that time, I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicle and his helpful, friendly demeanor. Ryan was eager to assist this time as well and when I decided to make the purchase, he lived up to his obligation to make the purchase process easy. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I really appreciated his effort to get me what I feel was a very fair deal. We exchanged some emails regarding the equipment and condition of the car and I went to look at the car. It was a 2009 Lincoln MKZ in great shape. Uftring Chrysler Jeep gave us a fair deal, in my opinion. No funny business! After we had closed the deal I found out that the Jeep only had one key fob. I requested of Matt that the dealership provide an additional key fob as part of the deal. The dealership complied on the next business day with NO hassles! More

I called and asked for the used car sales manager and that is when Ian Lott answered the phone. I started the process on March 12, 2015 and once i finalized all the info with my credit union and sent Ian the check and once it cleared i was able to pick up my dream car on April 7, 2015. I set up my flight and flew into Chicago and rode a train to bloomington and Ian went out of his way to pick me up even though i was 45 mins away. We drove back to the dealership and once we arrived at the dealership I found my car was all nice and clean put away in the garage bay. Ian let me take it for a spin and then i returned and he gave me all my paperwork and extra keys and sent me on my way back to south Texas. Even though this whole expierence took about 1 whole month it wasnt Ians fault and he was always willing to help me out in any way and always keeping in touch by email. I would highly recommend anyone to shop with Uftring Dodge and especially if Ian is the guy helping you. I am a very satisfied customer of Uftring dodge. More
