Great Internet Purchase Experience Chris was great to work with on purchasing my new Jeep. I live outside the Pekin area and the dealership was very respectful of my time. The test drive vehicle was ready when I showed up and Chris was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Communications were through email, which was my preference, and I wasn’t pressured into any purchase. Chris even held the vehicle for a day just through email since I was not able to get to the dealership that day. Almost all details were handled over internet so when I arrived to purchase the process was about 20 minutes (Too bad the state of Illinois can’t get their paperwork digitized). Normally Ken works at another location but when I called his dealership location about a month before buying to ask questions about a new van he saw our expire sale through personally. Through email he kept me up to date on costs, sales, and features so when it came to buy I knew exactly what to expect. The Finance Associate Nic Weber was also exceptional. He explained everything completely and there were no hidden cost or fees. We were in the dealership for about 2 and 1/2 hours total which was amazing after the 5+ hours it took us to lease our former vehicle from A different brand and dealership. We have 2 teenagers and a toddler, everyone we met at the dealership were kind and understanding especially with the baby. I would happily recommend Uftring, Ken Dickson, and Nic Weber to anyone looking to get a vehicle! More

We received the vehicle options and color we desired for our needs. Our "trade in" was reasonable and the ultimate price of our purchase was satisfactory. Matt Fuelberth's help with explaining AND setting up all of the electronic features of the vehicle to my wife (it is her vehicle) was on his time. Then the tour of the Maintenance shop by Matt and introductions to the shop employees was excellent. Overall experience at Uftring: Excellent.!! More
