I recently had our 2009 Nissan Altima there under an extended warranty for some work. The work that was performed was quite extensive. Most was covered under the warranty. Even though I at times bother extended warranty for some work. The work that was performed was quite extensive. Most was covered under the warranty. Even though I at times bothered the technician with phone calls he completed the work without becoming annoyed with me. Brandon,the tech, was great about inspecting the car, submitting it to the warranty company and getting the work done. I was a little impatient being without my car for the period of time I was. But, they worked me in. I'm grateful. More

I’m not very happy with this dealership at all they have had my car twice and both times they didn’t get me a loner car at all and didn’t even keep in contact with me about what was going on with my car and had my car twice and both times they didn’t get me a loner car at all and didn’t even keep in contact with me about what was going on with my car and how they were going to be able to fix this being stranded and not being able to go to work really is upsetting and I told them that I had to get to work and they said that you didn’t buy this car from us so we don’t have to provide you a loner car which I thought was very rude . I got wrote up because I couldn’t get to work. I asked them questions about my car and they told me that they didn’t even know much about these cars because they are new out . So I think it’s very poor communication on their part when they don’t let the customer know what is going on with their vehicle plus they don’t act like they even want to help you because you didn’t purchase the vehicle from their dealership so yes I’m very upset at the dealership and if I could have it towed somewhere else I would because maybe I could at least get my car fixed and feel safe to drive my car again and not feel like it’s not safe to drive anymore. This dealership doesn’t give you the confidence that they can even fix it right! More
