Strap holding up gas tank broke. Peoria Dodge couldn't get us in for 3 weeks and claimed it wasn't covered by warranty. Called Uftring, they got us in same day and surprise, surprise Peoria Dodge couldn't get us in for 3 weeks and claimed it wasn't covered by warranty. Called Uftring, they got us in same day and surprise, surprise it was absolutely covered by warranty! Said it was a known issue with that make/model. Less than 48 hours and vehicle was back on the road. Wonderful people, very professional and didn't act like I didn't know anything just because it wasn't a guy reporting the issue. More

This whole process was a nightmare for me and it is still unsolved and ongoing.I work in healthcare and just like anyone else, my time is precious and limited.I booked my appointment for my recall back in No unsolved and ongoing.I work in healthcare and just like anyone else, my time is precious and limited.I booked my appointment for my recall back in November 20 24 for January 2025. The night before my appointment I was told there was not a car available for me and I needed to reschedule.. When I called back the following day to see if a car was available I ended up talking to a service lady that was not on my repair case. She was helping out Hunter. However, she must’ve been standing right next to him because I heard her ask Hunter the questions I was asking. I eventually was placed on hold after being drilled if I could guarantee that I could bring the Rental car back the following day Because they had another client needing that car. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, I ended up ending the call. Later on that day, I received Call at 5:30 Asking me to drop my car off in the next 30 minutes before they closed. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the request Because I was waiting to pick my daughter up from her practice. this is not my first issue with the service department. If I knew what the service department was like when I was buying my car, I would’ve voided the deal. Over the summer of 2024, I was waiting to get my Electricbattery Repaired Due to a recall. I was told by the service department my vehicle was safe to drive even though my Electric battery did not hold a charge. I was in the Drive-through lane at McDonald’s when my car died. I was unable to start it and had to pull the emergency orange pull cord to get it in neutral to push it to the side. The car had to be towed to The dealership. yes, this is the first time I have taken the time to fill out a survey. With my other issues, including dropping my car off for an oil change and a tire rotation and when I went to pay, I asked about the tire rotation and they said it wasn’t completed. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the tire rotation to get completed because it was never done during the original oil change. So like I said, I have not done a survey before Sharing my concerns or complaints. I Just don’t understand why I seem to have issue after issue with getting my car serviced. More
