The car repair itself was great. However, today when my daughter opened her hatchback, we found the trash from the bumper along with the instructions. I scheduled a test drive and the vehicle I had wanted to test drive wasn’t at the dealership so I test drove one that was similar but again, not the vehicle I was interested in. So we had to make a separate test drive wasn’t at the dealership so I test drove one that was similar but again, not the vehicle I was interested in. So we had to make a separate trip to go back and test drive the vehicle once it was at the dealership. After test driving, I for sure wanted that specific vehicle. Well, the second key fob needed to be ordered which I assumed they could just mail to me. No, it needed to be programmed which they specifically like to do in the morning so my new car would then have to be in the shop while that’s being done. So three days after getting a new vehicle it already has to go to the shop and I got a loaner. Overall the experience was not very grand and I would not buy another vehicle from this location. I live about an hour away from the dealership and making several trips to accommodate their mistakes was very time consuming. More
