We just had our first child and decided it was time to get a new SUV for the family. We headed to Uftring Chevy in Washington and we were greeted by Lee Kerr, one of the saleman there. Kendall Hearn was a plesure and a delight to deal with! He was kowledgeable, intelligent, trustworthy, very personable, and accommodating. He made us feel very comfortable with our selection of the 2008 Impala LT used car for our college niece who needed a reliable used car. In addition to ensuring the car was mechanically sound and appealing to the eye (he took care of a small scratch), he also negotiated a good price for us working with Bria Wagler to seal the deal. Brain was as awesome to deal with as Kendall. We have been Uftring new car and service shop customers for many years and have always enjoyed dealing with all employees at Uftring. I was very leery of applying for a new car loan after my bankruptcy three years ago. I was still so sick in my heart about having to do that, that I hadn't even attempted to get a credit card. My partner did some checking around and everyone told her to take me to Uftring in Washington. So she dragged me kicking and screaming the whole way. I was currently driving a truck that had no air conditioning, no radio, and had a pretty bad gas leak. (I am a NURSE for goodness sake) We were just driving through the parking lot trying to avoid the sales people when we spotted Lee Kerr walking towards the showroom. I said "Stop for a second." I rolled down the window and I initiated a short but quick and pointed conversation about my financial history. He said "I bet I can get you into the car that you want." I wanted to laugh hysterically at him but just gave him the "eye". So I thought "Okay I'll show him!" So I went in, filled out the credit application and his team went to work. In the meantime he set me up to test drive a car. I came back and was very pleased with that car but kept walking up to the Chevy Cruze LT that was in the showroom. I even had the nerve to sit in it. Well then I thought "Maybe, just maybe I could get this one." It was so sporty, sassy, and on the edge: full of technology that well, boggled my mind. He didn't pressure me at all and said "If you like this one we can try to get you a loan for it." I could not believe that he believed in me more than I believed in myself. I was so nervous I was trembling on the inside. "I said, okay" Now I am the owner of a beautiful ice blue metallic CHEVY CRUZE LT!!! I don't normally rate anything on the internet but I was treated with such respect and dignity by Lee that I felt I had to share this with anyone who is thinking of buying a new car. I went to the dealership simply full of sad and empty dreams, not even willing to speak to a salesperson. Well, now that I look back, I guess I didn't value myself much and the embarrassment and shame I carried about my bankruptcy prevented me from dreaming or even attempting to buy a car that is amazing, beautiful, and makes me feel better about myself. Lee Kerr barely even acknowledged my bankruptcy and quite frankly I give him the biggest kudos for that. I sat outside sipping my coffee this morning just looking at the car thinking I was dreaming. I keep waiting for someone to show up and say "JUST KIDDING" and drive away with this new "baby" of mine. I urge you to go see Lee and his team at Uftring. They are serious about getting you the car you want and treating you with the utmost respect, bankruptcy or not. Thanks so much Lee. Just so you know, I feel better about myself already. More

Uftring comes & picks up my Saab in Bloomington, gives me a loaner and then returns my car to me. I've always enjoyed working with them. Professional. i have been in several times since 2008 and have found there service dept cares about my time which is important to me.I think they really care about taking care of the car and the customer.I know it soun there service dept cares about my time which is important to me.I think they really care about taking care of the car and the customer.I know it sounds crazy but where i used to take my car in for service it would take an hour or so to get a ride back to work or home. these guys can have me back to my office in ten or fifteen minutes. there great More

I put a significant amount of miles on my vehicle each month and ,as a result, regular maintenance is required rather frequently. We had to bring our 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer in for a panel repair. The team stood behind their promise and fixed the vehicle efficienty and did quality work with the fixing the rear panel. They provided a loaner vehicle and took the extra step to provide a nice size family car to avoid us being cramped while they worked on ou vehicle.
