Terrific experience & Service We first came to Uftring (about a 60 mile drive for us) about a dozen years ago because we wanted a Saab. Since that time we have bought several Saab We first came to Uftring (about a 60 mile drive for us) about a dozen years ago because we wanted a Saab. Since that time we have bought several Saabs and several Chevrolets. Our latest purchase was a fully loaded Impala 2LTZ. If you haven't looked at Chevrolets lately, do so. Their quality is superb. Our Impala equals and even exceeds cars costing tens of thousands of dollars more. We continue to come back to Uftring Chevrolet (even though it is a two hour round trip to and from the dealership) because of the people. We don't look anywhere else. (There's a large Chevrolet dealership five miles from our house.) It's because of the people, like Randy MacDonald. His knowledge of the different vehicles is outstanding. Especially considering the complexity of today's cars, that is quite a feat. His service is friendly. He'll spend as much time with you as you want. And he doesn't try to rush you. One of the things I like about Uftring Chevrolet is that their sales staff isn't here today and gone tomorrow. When you go into the dealership, you see the same staff that has been there for some time. My experiences, past and present, with their service department is outstanding. I know most of the Service Advisers and the Service Manager on a first name basis. They get our vehicles in when they say they will, and they get things done correctly. Uftrings is a first rate business, with knowledgable and friendly personnel. Whenever I get a chance I recommend them to my friends. More

Wonderful Experience and Wonderful People We leased our first vehicle, 2015 Malibu LT with Adam in Washington. What an awesome guy to work with!! We were unsure if we wanted to lease or buy We leased our first vehicle, 2015 Malibu LT with Adam in Washington. What an awesome guy to work with!! We were unsure if we wanted to lease or buy the "traditional" way. He and Dan were so helpful and informative in our decision making. All our options were laid out on the table without any pressure or uneasiness. I really wanted a new car but dreaded the long waiting and pushiness that I had experienced with past dealerships, NOT AT UFTRING! Jim in finance was also great, he was very personable and made us feel so comfortable. We were even introduced to the service team which we thought was really cool. Thanks to all for making our buying experience such a great one. We love our new car and will be back, for sure!! Tammy and Jason Park More
Good car, good price & friendly service I searched long & hard for a new car, shopping on the internet and visiting several dealerships. Having purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue at Uftring Niss I searched long & hard for a new car, shopping on the internet and visiting several dealerships. Having purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue at Uftring Nissan in Peori nearly two years ago, I knew I could depend on a good price and quality service for a dependable vehicle. Kendall Hearn was professional in all dealings with me and after a period of time we arrived at a fair price for my wife's 2015 Malibu 2LT. All things considered I am comfortable recommending the car, the dealership and Kendall to those seeki g a quality vehicle at a competitive price. More

I had tried working out deals with other dealerships, but all of the other dealerships seemed more interested in having me come into their dealership rather than first working out a price. Uftring was an 80+ mile drive, as were the other dealerships I had talked to previously. Uftring was much more willing to work with me, and thus they won my business. When I arrived everyone at the dealership was very courteous and welcoming. Additionally they honored the price we worked out via email down to the penny, all fees and taxes were already worked into the out the door price. This made the process very easy and streamlined once I arrived. Kendall and Nathan were very friendly and great to work with, I would highly recommend both to anyone. More
Best car buying experience in 48 years I had been shopping for a new Corvette Stingray convertible for 6 months. I found Uftring Chevrolet on the internet. After working with Brian Tigue an I had been shopping for a new Corvette Stingray convertible for 6 months. I found Uftring Chevrolet on the internet. After working with Brian Tigue and Nate Schneider, I decided to drive the 90 miles to buy my Corvette from them. Not only did I get the best deal but I got the perfect color and options that I was looking for. I highly recommend Uftring and both Brian and Nate to buy your next car. I will send my friends and family to them, even if it's a little ride. More
I was very happy with my experience, overall. Kendall Hearn was referred to me, and I can understand why. In the past 90 days I've corresponded and visited with over a dozen auto dealerships and sales p Hearn was referred to me, and I can understand why. In the past 90 days I've corresponded and visited with over a dozen auto dealerships and sales people. Kendall was the FIRST sales person to ask me straight out 'what would you consider a good outcome, and what would make you happy'. What a novel approach - right there I decided to do what I could to buy a car from him. I called about a particular car and, after talking to me and actually lisening to what I was looking for, Kendall made a recommendation of another car that I had not noticed. This second car was a much better fit for my family and my needs, and it is the car I ended up purchasing. The rest of the process was fairly smooth as well. I was happy that the dealership was able to offer a warranty on a car with 80k+ miles, but felt the nearly $2k price tag for a 2 year warranty was too expensive. In conclusion, I was happy to work with Kendall and hope that I have the opportunity to refer additional customers to him. More
Bought a low mile Blazer for a good price, had the options I wanted, salesman was honest. The CEFCU on site finance person was being pushy about buying into that extended warranty scam (almost $3,000 options I wanted, salesman was honest. The CEFCU on site finance person was being pushy about buying into that extended warranty scam (almost $3,000 for less than a 20K mile warranty...) he kept making up stuff like what if the engine blows tomorrow? (3 day lemon law buddy, you guys are footing the bill AND taking the car back if that happens) and showing me obviously fake repair bills for a sunroof ($4 grand and even so my blazer doesn't have one) $1000 for an alternator replacement that he conveniently left 4 of these "bills" right on top of his file cabinet not in a folder or anything. He also kept asking why I didn't want it, I kept telling him its a scam all dealers pull and your supposed repair bills aren't gonna sway me. He went on and on about the ASE certified techs and thier millions of dollars of tools. I don't doubt they have millions of dollars of tools but do they know how to use them? A person can buy a Lamborghini but doesn't mean they know how to drive.(I don't think he knows I've been wrenching on cars since I was 12 and currently have several restoration projects, I think I can change an alternator haha) Anyways, during the test drive I informed the salesman that it didn't seem to roll smooth and slowed down way to fast while coasting in neutral (5 speed manual so coasting was very easy to do) after the test drive I got out and felt around the lugnuts and found/told the salesman the rear brakes are dragging as I had to take my hand off the rear lugs from the heat. He said they may just be hanging up from sitting in the winter which I know can happen so I didn't think much of it. Well 2 days later I decided to buy it, drove it the 10 miles to my house and got out and immediately smelled burning brake pad. Immediately called the salesman he said ok bring it back tomorrow and we will look at it free of charge. SO I bring it in Saturday morning at 8am when their service department opened, I was greeted with respect and friendly manner and the waiting room was nice. Gave them the keys told them both rear brakes were dragging but the drivers side seemed to be worse so please check it over very good. They said ok and I wait for 2 hours. They give me the receipt, tell me they took the calipers off and greased the slide pins, did not charge me as expected I go start it up and notice it rolls a little better but not as it should. I take it for a test drive for 20 min, pull off in a parking lot and smell the burning brake pad smell again. The drivers side brake was cool but the passengers was still dragging! I don't believe they even looked at the passengers side as they wanted to repair it cheap as possible as they were paying for it. On the way back I pulled off again and was still dragging, decided to test the parking brake and it did not work at all when I stomped on it coasting at 5mph in neutral. Theres 2 strikes. Drive back to the dealership, not exactly in the best mood as you can guess, in a stern voice I tell the service lady they didn't fix it. This was supposedly a GM multipoint inspected certified vehicle and lists brakes right at the top of the list. They said they would look at it again but may need to replace parts and wondered how I was going to pay for it. I told them you are paying for it as this vehicle was never inspected nor did you test drive it farther than the rear of the lot to the front of the lot. I told them I have better things to do today and leave them with the vehicle to fix. Well they conveniently waited until 12:10 to call me after they closed at 12 that they need to replace both rear calipers and rubber hoses going to them and it would be $324. I tell them good I don't care how much it costs as your paying for it. The kicker is the service lady told me the vehicle is perfectly drivable if I want to come get it, I ask are the rear brake still dragging? She said well yea but only a little bit. I told her that if I burn up the brake pad, warp the rotor, possibly get in an accident due to brake fade that they would cover everything? Well of course not. They wanted me to take the vehicle so they can blame me for it and I have to foot the bill. That's strike 3. I told them I'm coming back Monday evening after work and it had better be fixed and I had better not see a bill. I returned Monday picked up the fixed vehicle and took it on a 40 mile drive just to make sure. It actually got fixed, parking brake kinda worked but would not hold on hills. I was so mad at them I didn't care. All in all it started off as a good experience but went downhill fast. I WILL NOT buy a car from there again. I will however buy parts from the service parts counter as I have always been treated with respect and get the information I need. More
