I knew the exact car I wanted and they called us the minute it was ready to look at. He gave me a great trade in on my previous car which made it easier for me to afford my new car. I had a few questions about my car after purchasing it and was able to call him and get help. He even helped me pair my smart phone to my car. I strongly recommend going to Chad if your looking for a car. He was very helpful and was not pushy at all he didn't make it seem like he was only trying to make they sale. He made me feel like he really did want me to get the best car at a great price even if it wasn't going to be that day. If your looking for a different car go to Chad Uftring. More

This was my first time at a large purchase on my own. I was very nervous and wanted to really take my time. I felt no pressure to buy something I didn't want or need. Everyone involved seemed to genuinely want to help me get a good, reliable car at a fair price. I couldn't have been more pleased and I love my new car!!! More
$115 for an OIL CHANGE on a car is stealing!. I went in for my first oil change out of warranty on my Chevy Cruze and my experience was absolutely ridiculous. While scheduling my oil change on t I went in for my first oil change out of warranty on my Chevy Cruze and my experience was absolutely ridiculous. While scheduling my oil change on the phone prior to the appointment, I specifically asked how much it would cost, I also let the service tech know it is a diesel Cruze to see if that mattered. The service worker did not know exactly how much it would cost, but without tire rotation she estimated around $50.00. I made an appointment and took my car in on a Friday morning for the basic oil change, without tire rotation. I noticed when I got there the waiting room was rather busy. I waited a total of 2 HOURS to get my oil changed in my car, and everyone that got there after me had already left. I was handed my total bill and I was charged $115.57 for an oil change, without tire rotation, or any problems detected! Mind you, this was also AFTER a $10.00 discount since it took them so long; needless to say, I was livid. I went home and examined my bill, and noticed that they charged me twice for oil in my car, so this invoice was clearly not checked before so easily handing it over to me. I drove back in there and they did credit me back $20.00 for the oil they double charged me for, so my total billed ended up at $95.00, which I am still very unsatisfied about. The service worker did say it was quite an expensive oil change when she initially handed me the invoice, but she clearly did not bother to examine the bill, or she would have caught the double charge. I realize my car is a diesel, however it STILL takes 5 quarts of oil like any other car, so I do not see how this could possibly be so expensive. My husband drives a diesel F350, and this is how much his oil change would cost for 13 quarts of oil, not 5. I realize that when I got there I also asked the service tech to refill the DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) in my car, which she did not quote me a price on, (which to be polite, the service techs should ALWAYS let the customer know what each additional add-on expensive will be). When I got my bill, I realized the DEF was $20.00 to top off, so that was partially a reason for the added expense, but still, a basic oil change should not be this expensive on a car. I spent my entire morning off at the dealership and walked away feeling like I was taken advantage of. Between the long wait time, being double charged for oil, and being charged more than what I was initially quoted; I am extremely disappointed with Uftring Dealership in Washington, IL and I will not return back to your dealership for an oil change again. Every time I have gone to this dealership for oil change and/or service, they are are always pushing me to leave a review, so here you go... More

The price of the truck was right, and my salesman, Randy McDonald, worked hard to get me rebates and pretty good deal on my trade-in. He also did a great job explaining the features of the new truck. Additionally, I get 95% of my service done at Uftring - there are a few things i like to do myself. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Although the car I was looking for was not yet available, Lee kept in contact via email to keep me up to date on my search. I met Lee in person when I decided to test drive an earlier model of the vehicle--and fell in love with it. Lee and the team presented me with a great deal on the car, but didn't pressure me in any way to buy. I went home to think it over and came back severel days later to purchase. Got a fair trade in on my old car and an excellent interest rate on my loan. This was a great experience in every way. More
