They lied when I first called and told me that they would look at the car the next day and give me a call.This did not happen and 2 more phone calls and 2 days later they looked at my car and gave me an estimate. Told me it would take 2 weeks but this was also not the case. I finally called them after they had my car for 3 weeks and they were confused on the phone and put me on hold several times and then came on and said they had just finished cleaning it last night and it was ready. This was also a lie because I had went by the place the night before and my car was setting outside the place and had snow still on the windshield. It hadnt snowed in 2 days so I know it had been sitting there that long. They had called while they had it and told me that I needed brakes so I asked for an amount and told them to go ahead.When I picked up the car they told me I needed brakes. I told them I had told them to do that when they called. Well they did the front brakes but not the back ones and that was the price they quoted me which was also not what they charged me. So I still need back brakes I guess. I truly dont think they could speak the truth if they were paid extra to do so. More

Best buy yet So this was my first official buy on my own. My sister went with me. I knew what I was looking for and wanted for me and my two children. I had spoken to Chad before I came in and ketchup him know what I was looking for and how much I could spend. When I went in the kind of vehicle and price I was looking for was not available. But he worked hard to try and find one. There were two similar vans on the lot. I took them bothave for a test drive. I feel in love with the first van, but drive the second one. Now the price was not what I was looking for. But in the end everything worked out. I got a new to me van for me and my children. It'd almost been a year and I still love it! I will go back to see Chad for a trade or a newer vehicle in the future. Thanks so much Chad for making my first time buyer and great experience. From time to time he also checks up to see how things are going with the 2009 Chrysler Town and Country van I bought, which I think is amazing that the sales associate does that. More

Purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala I had been looking for a car and checking the ads every week when I decided to go to Uftrings in Washington. I had made up my mind that I wanted an Impala since I had had my last one for 10 years. I called and talked to Kendall Hearn and had asked about a particular Impala that that been advertised in the paper and made an appointment to come see it and take a test drive. When I got there Kendall already had the car out and running since it was winter time. It wasn't what I wanted so he was very patient with me as I tried out several cars. Finally decided on a car that had everything I wanted on it and more. Kendall made the whole process of buying a car so easy. He made sure that we were being taken care of in a timely matter and never felt rushed to purchase anything. Something I really admired about him. Paperwork went very smoothly and he took the time to explain many of the details about the car since my last car was a 2004.
