Great Service They always do quality work and stand behind their parts and service. That is why we take all 3 of our vehicles there and will continue to do so. The entire underside of the truck is rusted through. The shock has pushed through the bed of the truck and that was shortly after they had been replaced. Seems like this could have been addressed way sooner. Other people I've heard have been offered new frames but not us. After 20 plus years of being serviced here exclusively it was a gigantic blow to our relationship and my truck has never been back More

They keep to their schedule, do a good job, and are mindful of the customer. They always ask if we need a car while ours is being worked on. We haven't had to take them up on that offer yet, but it's nice to know they care. They are very professional and personable! More

I took my 2011 toyota tacoma into the dealership for its first oil change that was covered for free under their toyota care. First off, I told them not to leave the door unlocked when unattended since I ha first oil change that was covered for free under their toyota care. First off, I told them not to leave the door unlocked when unattended since I had a firearm stored in it. Needless to say, they ignored my warning and left the doors open with the keys in the ignition while several people walked nearby. I waited about an hour to receive my truck upon completion of the oil change and maintenance. Upon first inspection, I noticed they had left the keys in the ignition, the windows down, and the driver's door open for anyone to steal the vehicle and firearm. I was highly irate and told them about their security problems and the problems that could have been fatal had the firearm gotten into the wrong hands. The next thing I noticed was the bill. Although there was no charge, it said the technician(s) checked and filled all fluids, rotated my tires and adjusted the tire pressure. I opened the hood and immediately noticed the windshield washer fluid was low and was not filled. I then took out my tire pressure gauge and checked the tire pressure. Inside the left driver's door is a decal that states the correct tire pressure and it was to be 29psi front and rear. I found that all my tires were over-inflated to 35psi. I informed the service manager about these 2 problems and at first he tried to ignore me but then I asked him more sternly. He first told me that all tires would be over-inflated when they left their dealership due to the weather changes at this cold time of the year. I then told him that over-inflation was hard on my tires and that I had expected my tires to be brought to spec...29psi. Then he told me it was no big deal. I then told him that it was my truck, not his, and my tires would be reset to the factory spec...29psi. As I did reset the tire pressure, I told him that his over-inflation could cause problems this time of the year too such as loss of traction, poor cornering, poor tracking, and a harder ride and that by his practice to over-inflate could cause an accident and he would be held accountable for it. He told me I could talk to his manager but I told him that his manager was merely a yes man and nothing would be done about this problem. He then offered to take the truck back inside the dealership and make things right. I then told him that I had lost his trust and now wondered what else they missed or failed to do correctly and would definitely not let him have my truck ever again. He lost a customer and I told him so. I wonder how many others are not aware of their practice to over-inflate tires! More
