Uebelhor was great to work with. Responsive, fair and extremely accommodating. Chris Underwood was excellent to work with and he and his finance team stayed late into the evening t Responsive, fair and extremely accommodating. Chris Underwood was excellent to work with and he and his finance team stayed late into the evening to ensure that all the transaction/paperwork would be completed and we could take our vehicle home that night in spite of my wife and I arriving to our appointment with them late. Chris especially was the bright spot here. He texted back and forth with me the day before with accurate information and took pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Even after our late hours sale transaction, he still took the time to sit in the Sienna and go through every infotainment feature and make sure our phones were synced up and properly configured. I've spent alot of time in car dealerships in my lifetime, and working with Chris was what you kind of hope for - friendly, responsive, honest and seems to be genuinely concerned his customers leave happy.
