Greatest car buying experience ever!!! Ok, here goes... my wife and I had spent the last few weeks looking for a newer car for our daughter. Between our busy schedules, and the ridiculous games typical car dealers try to play, I was done with the hassles, done with the headache, done with the stress....my wife showed me the exact car we wanted at US Lease and fleet. I told her one more time was it...then along came Greg Fensom..I'm almost 50 years old, and I've bought and sold a lot of cars. This was honestly the first experience I can say was absolutely pleasant!! From the start, Greg answered every one of my questions, didnt try to be pushy or lure us in. He was just incredibly professional and respectful. On top of that, the car we purchased was perfect!! Exactly as described. I can only hope to get to deal with him for our next purchase. Would definitely reccomend greg and his bunch at US Fleet and Sales!! More

Incredible customer service! My husband and I purchased a truck on our Anniversary in March (they got us in and out in no time so we could enjoy our day). After a bad experience at the Oak Grove location we came to the Blue Springs location still in search of a truck. They offered us an incredible price then gave us a discount for our bad experience, which we used toward a brand new set of tires. The check engine light came on and we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working properly as we left. They not only fixed the air conditioner condenser, the high pressure fuel pump and provided us a rental, they got us in very quickly and were extremely easy to work with. The light came back on a couple week later and they then fixed the low end fuel pump, no questions asked. We've have bought several vehicles and without a doubt they were the easiest to work with. I would recommend checking them out if your in the market for a new vehicle! More
