They went into their own pockets including providing me with a like vehicle while they worked to get to the bottom of it. They are the rare exception of a company that doesn't just talk about customer Service, they practice it! I was so impressed with them that I recently took my son to them when he was looking for a truck and they delivered once again. After my son bought a truck from them (He did some comparative shopping first), US Fleet sent me a referral check for a $100 without me even asking. I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends or family to them and will definitely be back when I'm back in the market for a different truck! More
