Terrible Service. Basically the loan sharks of the Used Car world. First I went to their office because it was supposedly safe from COVID because they are taking precau Basically the loan sharks of the Used Car world. First I went to their office because it was supposedly safe from COVID because they are taking precautions. Signs posted everywhere that everyone is to be wearing a mask but customers entering were not asked to put on a mask and most did not have one on. Took most of the day to find out what I could get for the price and payment I had. Was told my car would be arriving by Monday (this was Friday so 3 days) so I paid a $500 deposit. I called first thing Monday and was reassured again my car was on the way. By 2 pm the salesman called me to tell me a mistake was made and they did not have my car. They tried to sell me a more expensive car with higher downpayment and payments. I refused and went to pick up my deposit. Got to the dealership and was told they would reverse the charges but have no idea when my money would be returned. It is Tuesday now and I am out $500, and 4 days waiting to get a car. Worst business I have ever dealt with and I don't think they care. More

Just purchased a car. Never new nothing about how much the car was worthy basically till after I paid. By then I’m signed in a contract with 20% interest rate with a high deposit and paying Close to 300 b the car was worthy basically till after I paid.
