I bought a 2014 Dodge Avenger in February and the engine is already blown. Dodge mechanic where I had my car towed when it blew is telling me the thermostat over heated and caused my engine to blow but the warranty that I pay EXTRA money for every single month provided by us Auto sales is trying to make it seem like my fault and doing everything not to pay for my car to be repaired! This place is nothing but a bunch of crooks who will sell you broken promises and fix up their cars to only run for a few months just to screw you over. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR! You will regret it and I also have friends who they have done this same thing too. I will be posting this on all of their websites and making sure to tell everyone I know not to go here. I am extremely disappointed with this place. The warranty place they use is called DOWC I wouldn’t recommend spending your money with them either because they will honestly do everything in their power not to pay for your car repairs. More

Sales team were good, everything else is horrible I had a great experience buying my car, but it has been a Nightmare since then. Less than a week after that I CD got stuck in my CD player and I notified my salesman to Christian for me we do not normally handle radio issues just major components of course I became upset I text him continually trying to get something done he finally told me I would more than welcome to talk to his manager Mike it was then I informed him I did not purchase the car from Mike I purchased it from my salesmen that I was texting and that he should be responsible for the situation and take control and make things right even if it came out of his Commission, after continually getting nowhere he finally told me to stop texting him and to stop badgering him that was his very words I still have it on the screenshot if you would like to see it just email me or look on Facebook Tama the manager Mike tried to call me I did not answer the phone because I did not feel like I had any conversation to have with Mike I did not purchase the vehicle from Mike I purchased it from the salesman who by the way claims to be or used to be a preacher or Pastor or whatever yeah right some example he has said at any rate I ended my day dissatisfied and I'm still dissatisfied I have fixed the problem myself at my expense, and I do not and would not recommend anybody in any situation to buy anything from this dealership I promise you it's all about the sale they will not take care of you after the sale at least that's the impression I've gotten within just two weeks of my purchase, I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from u.s. Auto Sales in Gainesville Georgia, if you happen to be a victim like me you will notice when you try to get help they send you in circles continually passing the buck to someone else who will send you to someone else who will send you to someone else it's a never-ending thing, no one at the dealership will accept responsibility, please take my advice do not stop at this place it's a waste of time and you will be dissatisfied I promise you... yeah yeah yeah I know Mike you're going to try to contact me and apologize and tell me you have a solution for my problem the only solution you can have is to send me a check for what it cost to get my CD player fixed, I'll even do better I'll be nicer than you guys I won't even consider my time and my travel and my trouble, just what it cost me, when I receive a check in the mail made out to me and it is cashed and it is good for $142.83 then and only then will I come back on here and make another review, so don't try to call me don't text me I don't want to hear any more excuses I want to see action otherwise my opinion of your dealership stays the same you suck!!! yeah you know who this is and you know my address...
