very disappointing I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra! We drove it, it sounded good and everything! So once we went forward with the closing & after we signed, they I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra! We drove it, it sounded good and everything! So once we went forward with the closing & after we signed, they told me the car was in an "accident" but claim it wasn't nothing major! Then my " wheelbarren " were replaced back in July! But days after I got the car, they started going bad again... both the left and the right! I didn't have the time to go get it done because I work 24/7, I really didn't think it was much. So last week, otw back from Greeenville my car sounded like a helicopter.. moral of the story my wheelbarren on both my left and right were out! I don't know how this car passed the expection ! The car is a lemon, but they made it look nice inside and the outside. I will be going thru an attorney because this makes no sense! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THIS DEALER!! More

AWFUL EXPERIENCE When trying to get your money and approval everything is alright after the salesman like Rico get their commission they throw you to the wolves. I purchased a 09 Lexus , $1600+ down, and almost $500 a mth. Less than 5 mths this car has needed major repairs in the shop TWICE. They lie every time you call. They expect you to pay more money out of your pocket for a rental and then be reimbursed when you already still making car payments while NOT having your vehicle in your possession. I have been without my car since February and with all the money invested in this car they send my car to some rinky dink service shop where nothing is being done to my car. Who needs a xxxx motor replaced after 4 months, both wheel axels, busted hose and gasket? The service dept team is AWFUL. Woody does not return ANY phone calls. I am paying for a beautiful shiny LEMON. This has been the worse experience ever and then to not have any loaner cars and having to miss work but never a car payment this is definitely a pending law suit waiting to happen. TRUST ME READ THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE. More

Just because you have bad credit or no credit doesn't mean you take advantage of people. The cars are way over price, and not good cars the limited warranty is a joke you got pay 100.00 to get your car fix. I never seen anything like this in my life was there Saturday March 4 because my cousin bought a car and told her mom to come get one well . If you stand behind your cars you should offer car fax. On every car but they don't because they know that once what's disclose about these issues with cars people wouldn't buy them. There's hidden prices. Now how in world if the car 16995 and 18% interest you come up with 11,000 in fee's but don't list a breakdown. That a another car. This should be against the law. To pray on people. Then they don't tell you they shut off your car for non payment even if you late / short couple of dollars. Even if you call to make Arrangements. This company clearly don't care about helping you build up your credit to get back on track they about making money . Sale you over price car that's a peace of junk then some jack up warranty you got pay for. Then repossess your car to sale to someone else. Red flags if you came in with cash money to make offer they don't want make a deal what dealer wouldn't take cash money to negotiate a deal. I strongly don't recommend anyone to buy a car from this company. I suggest this company make some changes. Definitely can't see how they sleep at night knowing they taking advantage of people. Once the A/C was fixed, the car started shutting off every time I turned. Attempted to fix 6 times. Car was in the shop for 2 and a half month and no one from the service department, which is in Lawrenceville GA, would return my phone calls. They told me I needed to speak with Woody but that never happened. I left him several messages and not one time was I able to speak with him. Finally after constantly calling, they agreed to switch my vehicle out, because it was never repaired, but they did not credit any of my money to the vehicle I switched to. A new loan was started and no money was applied although I made every payment scheduled while I was without my car. What a rip off. I only drove my vehicle for all of maybe 2weeks and I just traded my vehicle on 8-17-16 so I basically lost $2,260. If I could have gotten my money back, I would have gladly gone somewhere else. More
Terrible Experience Car Salesman Joshua Sanders was unprofessional.Felt like we were being passed to him to help him make a sale when we asked for a specific salesman nam Car Salesman Joshua Sanders was unprofessional.Felt like we were being passed to him to help him make a sale when we asked for a specific salesman named Fred(Pookah).Joshua stayed on his phone the entire time,Didnt provide us with gas in the car we wanted to test drive.So when we got in the car to test drive it we drove out of the dealership parking lot and came right back to inform him that we couldnt drive the car like we wanted to because there was no gas.Was told many different lies from him about our down payment balance.We told him the car didnt have air.He promised to have it fix when we came down on a friday at 12pm.We arrived at 130 pm instead just for precaution.We asked did he get the air fix and put gas in the car..He looked at us and said "xxxx i forgot"..After getting upset we talked with the closing manager about our experience and was told they would take care of it.WE were promised a full tank of gas by the previous finance manager because of the terrible time we had but when we told Joshua he said he went home sick.Joshua told the store manager Mike about the promised gas.The sales manager said no problem ..gave Joshua the money to fill it up..When we got in the car to leave it was on less than a half tank of gas.We were so frustarated . Least but not last we fax and email Josha our insurance declaration page and ID Cards.When we came down that friday we asked him if he had received them and he said yes i got everything.Well on today which is august 6,2016 we had to make a payment of 434 we were told that we have to make a payment of 472 instead because they dont have documents stating we purchased full coverage insurance.We told them that our salesman confirmed they were indeed received thats why we were able to drive off the lot.Long story short they dont have them.So now we have to have our insurance agent to fax them the info now.
