I hate I even went with these ppl. They called all day long trying to sell me a car, when I finally got into the vehicle my truck had to go back to the shop 3 times, they switched me out and put me in a s long trying to sell me a car, when I finally got into the vehicle my truck had to go back to the shop 3 times, they switched me out and put me in a similar one. I only had that one for about a week when that one had to go into the shop. My key fog didn’t work on my truck so, TJ. called me to be there Monday morning to meet the guy to make me on. We sat there almost 1 hour before the contractor contacted someone just to find out the store was closed due to Covid. I just got my truck back yesterday and today I went outside to crank my car and it wouldn’t crank. No I’m taking my truck to a dealership I know will get the job done. They will get you into a car, but you’re going to experience xxxx before you’re satisfied. The communication sucks and as a business they do too. More

Customer Service Needs Improvement Team did an outstanding job of getting me approved in spite of recent credit issues. However there were several issues with the customer service that Team did an outstanding job of getting me approved in spite of recent credit issues. However there were several issues with the customer service that took away from the overall experience. Vehicle ran out of gas on test drive(less than 1 mile after leaving dealership), did not receive vehicle that I was initially promised/made a down payment on because of issues with title(was informed the next day). I charged these as being minor infractions but was even more disappointed when the team didn’t bother to wash the vehicle and fill it up with gas(half a tank). Felt like this was the very least they good do after the infractions. We have to do better. More
