That being said, it seems that some training in professionalism might be needed, as well as some additional training with the sales team members before they are out selling vehicles. The young man, Alec, that was my salesman, was very nice, but could have used a bit more training on your policies and processes. He's on the right track though. The GM could definitely use some additional training on professionalism. I came into the dealership at 1:30 looking for a new vehicle (I already had two picked out to look at). I did all of the preliminary p/w and looked at the two vehicles, did the test drive and then decided to purchase one of them. When we came back in from the test drive (it is now 2:30), I was told that there were now two people that had come in AFTER me, that were going to be doing their paperwork BEFORE me though, so it would be an 1-1 1/2 hours before they got to me. Seeing as how I did not have a vehicle (hence why I was there) I told them that I would wait. The next THREE hours were absolute chaos in that office. The employee (I can't remember her name) that was actually going through the paperwork with the customers to sign, was working her tail off. In the middle of her going through this process with the one customer, the GM comes in and "swapped" out that customer with the OTHER customer. This is at the same time that my paperwork had been completed (or should have been) and ready for me to sign, as I was there before either of these two customers, yet was the very last one to leave. I know that this is what happened by two ways....1) the woman that did my paperwork (signing) told me as we were talking about how crazy the office was that day and 2) I watched/heard it all unfold. Then, when I went into the young woman's room to sign all of my paperwork, after waiting for 3 hours, the GM had not 1)Put any of the papers in order or 2)Signed ANY of the paperwork. This meant that the poor woman had to then spend 5-10 minutes sorting through everything AND signing them herself. Also, After about 45-1 hour of doing the preliminary paperwork, I was finally allowed to take the vehicle out for a test drive. (I also think that it is absolutely ridiculous that a customer is NOT allowed to test drive a vehicle until they have been 100% approved and a payment plan has been figured out. What if I test drive a car and decide that I don't like it? Then, my credit has been run, and I've wasted an hour of my time all because I wasn't allow not only to drive the vehicle, but also I was not allowed to look at the vehicle either! Are you kidding me? I did finally put my foot down on that one.) After all was said and done, I did not leave the dealership until 5:30. That is an entire 4 hours that I was at this dealership. Then I had to come back two days later due to my check engine light coming on.... When I came into the dealership, the GM has his music blaring throughout the office. I mean, blaring. I get it that most dealerships/businesses will have music playing over their speakers. I love music. It's one of my most favorite things. I do NOT however like music that is blaring from someone's bluetooth speaker from their office, throughout the entire office, while customers (i.e., me) are in the middle of the lobby. And no, he did not turn it down. So, once the young man that sold me the car (Alec), ran the scan to see what code was coming up, he came back inside and looked it up so that he could tell me the cost. UNTIL the other salesman, Ismael (who by the way was very professional, knowledgeable and kind) overheard him telling me this and interrupted to inform me that in fact I needed to call your service department because it will be covered under the 30 day warranty since I had JUST purchased the vehicle 2 days previously. Now I'm in the process of seeing how the Service Department/Claims side of things is with US Auto Sales. I will definitely be rating that as well. Good or bad. But, as far as the sales/dealership side goes, there definitely needs to be some training on professionalism in regards to the GM and possible just additional training for the salesmen. Otherwise, they were all very friendly and I did end up with a car that I enjoy (or did until the light came on after only 2 days...) More

However, Mr. Gonzalez went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the price, the vehicle, and the payments. He even saw something wrong with the door that we missed and had it added to the paperwork to be fixed. I have never been so at ease purchasing a vehicle before. Will definitely use again! More
