Looked at a 2004 SUV, the first comment I made when he brought the keys was that, there was no keyless entry. He snorted saying this is a 2004, as though keyless entries are new thing. For months now I have been considering upgrading my old car to something a bit bigger for the winters we see here in Western Pennsylvania. After arriving I met with manager Bill Kelly (who I'd highly recommend to see) and was immediately shown some late model Chevy Tahoes and GMC Yukons. Two hours later and a test drive later there I was signing the documents for my new SUV. Couldn't have been an easier transaction. I also feel I should mention they got me under the monthly payment I desired through Wells Fargo. All of this while giving me the $3,000 trade in value advertised. Thanks everyone! More

I gave them a payment number of where I needed to be to fit my budget. I had a pre approved loan with a 11.5% interest rate that I got on my own. So after dealing with the usual dealer ordeals,they come back with a payment of(control yourself here)$797/Month for 36 months with a $4000 down payment!!! They said this was such a large payment due to an interest rate of 18%. So I ask you these questions?? #1- Why are they giving me numbers like this? It was three times the number I gave them that I had to work with. If ya can't make the deal work with the numbers that meet my needs then tell me that so we are not wastin each others time!... Bad Business! #2- Do the math on the above quote they gave me with any interest rate ya want...$32692 the sum of the payments and down pymt. This on a vehicle selling at $19800? Legal Thievery,Highway Robbery,Financial xxxx?...Call it what ya want... I call it really Bad Business!! #3- When I Walk in with a preapproved loan with a 11.5% Apr why am I being shown numbers with an interest rate of 18%.. Had a clunker that was ready to die. Went to US Auto Mart for there advertised 3000 minimum trade which my car is worth far less. I recommend these guys because they actually heard me out and understood what I could afford and what I could not. Will return for next purchase! More

Well, when we arrived , test drove etc. sat down with the salesman (won't mention name) and mentioned how I was paying. He told me that he had to ask about how to do credit card purchase. Come on? That was his cue to get the sales Mgr. I believe his name was Ed and he was arguing with me that I couldn't do the credit card transaction because of the fee he has to pay!!! I told him I was instructed that I can do this by your salesperson. He said he makes the decision around here and that's his answer! We argued back and forth then I believe the owner came over and argued with me also. Ed told me to pay with check, leave come back next day with a cash advance from my credit card or do a loan with them for the difference! He even belittle me in front of my family by saying " he would pay for the stamp if I can't afford it!" Of all the NERVE! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? Their motto "the dealership for the people" should be "the dealership that manipulates the people!" Before all that they advertised trade in minimum of $3000.00 plus $1,000.00 internet coupon. I even had the printed ad and they would not give me the $1000.00 coupon as advertised! We only wanted to pay with cash, they get their money but insisted we do a loan...which I SAID NO A THOUSAND TIMES !!!! Overall, it boiled down to I paid the measley $100.00 service fee for using my credit cards so I can get this car. Not once did either of them apologized..even when they raised their voices to intimidate me which made my 10 year old daughter cry! I am reporting them to the BBB even though that dealership isn't a part of! Please red flag this dealership so no one else is taken hostage by these creeps and not to experience what my family and I encountered. I'm with the Army which didn't matter to them even though their name is "US Auto Mart" I have excellent credit and I hope that they are ashamed of themselves for the so called professionalism that they represent for the car industry ...once they see that this transaction clears with no problems! I have pity for those employed by these monsters! One final note… the car I purchased I was given the incorrect owners manual I told them of the error and then their answer was we don't have it! Now I have a car with no manual shows that they do not CARE! NOTHING BUT LIARS!! AWFUL CAR PEOPLE! More
