I have visited several times for oil changes and similar services. Each time, I was given an estimated wait time, but they were never accurate. I ended up waiting over four hours for a service that was init services. Each time, I was given an estimated wait time, but they were never accurate. I ended up waiting over four hours for a service that was initially promised to take two hours or less. I wish they offered a shuttle service like other dealerships, as this would greatly enhance the experience. I do want to note that the staff is very nice; my feedback is focused on potential improvements to their service. I More
