I have a 2017 Chevy Tahoe and the hood release Latch was not releasing. I tried and was unsuccessful. went to UJ Chevrolet in Mobile, at the service department, they looked at it and saw I also had a batter not releasing. I tried and was unsuccessful. went to UJ Chevrolet in Mobile, at the service department, they looked at it and saw I also had a battery charger hanging out the hood strapped down. and attempted to release the hood but sent me to John the service advisor for the body shop, he got one of the body shop techs and was able to release the hood get my charger and fixed the cable . Super service and a big thank you to Everyone at UJ Chevrolet!!!! Thank you will definitely return and recommend UJ Chevrolet and the service Department!!! More
Do not buy from this dealership. They do not honor their internet pricing. They are very unprofessional and do not care about the customer oh my about their commission. I took my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado (I purchased new and had only put 25000 miles on it) into UJ for warranty service. When I called for service appointment, I told them something was wrong with my transmi had only put 25000 miles on it) into UJ for warranty service. When I called for service appointment, I told them something was wrong with my transmission. They then give me an appointment 2 weeks out. So I was a little worried to drive it to much or to far with there being a problem with the transmission. When I did take it in for my service appointment. I was told they would take and look at it and let me know something. My appointment was on a Wednesday at 7:30 am. At 4:00pm that evening. I called to check on my truck and was told they had never even put it in the shop to look at. it. I was immediately furious. Why did I need to be there at 7:30 am for an appointment if they were not even going to have time to check it that day. The next day they told me that it was an idler pulley and they had to order the part and would not be there until the following day. The next evening, I again checked on my truck and was told they were finishing up and would test drive it and they would let me know when it was ready. They called me for the first time and told me that now the transmission was making a noise. I said well that is what I brought it in for to begin with. So now they need to let their transmission specialist look at it and it will be the following Thursday or Friday before he can get to it. I ask about a rental or loaner vehicle to use and they say they have none. Long story short. After the dealership had my truck 15 days. I finally got it back. I do not see any reason for the dealership having my truck for that long when I made an appointment two weeks in advance for the transmission to be looked at. I feel I was not given very good customer service at all. I was not kept informed on what was going on with my truck. I basically had to call and check on it myself every few days to get any updates. I went to UJ Chevrolet directly after work the other day.I had to work a little longer that day so I didn't have time to go get cleaned up and still be on time for my appointment. When I pulled up in a 23 year old Toyota Corolla with a busted head light right before closing time, if you could have seen the look that both of those guys (Bo and another employee) gave me. They made me feel below myself, like here I come to waist their time. I immediately felt that I was NOT good enough to shop there. I asked about a truck and the response I got was "Oh well they start at $40,000 $41,000 $41,000 uh 50 uh uh 60 something thousand dollars uh yeah they expensive today.). I don't think I could describe the feeling I felt at that moment. I was already uncomfortable sitting there in sweaty, stinking, dirty work clothes, saw dust and paint all over me and then to get belittled or even worse. So xxxx naw I didn't have a good experience at Up Jours Chevrolet and you can bet I won't ever be back. Even if they called me and said I was approved for anything on the lot. I promise I won't be back... BTW, 4 days later I drove a fully detailed 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 4×4 with a full tank of gas off the lot thanks to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. More
