Pretty sure they take advantage of people who have bad credit and/or unsuspecting non-english speaking people. Its sad. If you want to be ripped off, and your phone calls ignored, then go. The neglect is astounding..like no one and I mean NO ONE wants to take your call or take responsibility. Yet, finance has no problem taking your payment! do some research and go elsewhere. Im not sure how they are still in business, and legal action will be taken on my end because no one should be treated this way. More

Oh almost forgot the belt and one of the pulleys snapped on first start up. Ended up staying all day waiting for them to fix it, it was passed closing hours by the time i left with me "new awesome car". Went to get on the highway it hardly made it up the on ramp did not nearly go highway speeds unless going down hills.. tried returning the next day and guy wiuldnt even help just told me to call finance.. called them (premium auto acceptance) of which i never even heard of .. its a 2004 nissan sentra 1.8s automatic of whiched they had priced at 8,995.00 also unheard of then they slammed me with a 800$ bill for tax and tags of which i had to pay in 30 days.. drove it for a good 2 weeks with still all of these problems because it was return it without money back (down payment etc) or make payment so i was gonna give it time.. so long story short the car doesnt shift smoothly or even fair at that, has exhaust leak , struts or shocks are bad, belts squeaks constantly , doesnt go over 50 without help from hills or uneven road, reverse went out taking my 1 month old son to the doctors, only one of the speakers work, radio is trash, aux cord doesnt work , poorly taken care of interior, front bumper, and rear bumper looks like they are held in by zip ties.. i could go on and on but it isnt my problem anymore .. do not i repeat do NOT go here.. 3 Cars and all of them within a week they all had major issu I had originally bought a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that ended up having engine issues! They had to take that back and resell it and I got a 2003 Chev I had originally bought a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that ended up having engine issues! Tires are dry rotted undercarriage sounds like it's going to fall off everytime I go over a bump! This place is absolutely rediculous and they like to try and pull the wool over your eyes! DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THEM!!!! More

awesome mechanics When I first got this car I can say I was upset about things..howrver PAtrick goes to bat for you when it comes to the mechanical aspects of the cars. Great Service Tara and Bill, we have never worked with a bunch nicer people, we just got a car in May, and a couple dayes later we had a problem with it, I called t Tara and Bill, we have never worked with a bunch nicer people, we just got a car in May, and a couple dayes later we had a problem with it, I called the dealer on a Friday evening, and the person that answered the phone said there was nothing she could do, because the shop was closed, well it was a long holiday weekend, she told me to bring the car to the shop on Saturday morning, and ask for Tara, well this young lady went beyond the call of duty, she called her boss, and he told her what to do, she did it, she figured out the ploblem, it was a broken hose, she went to the point of calling In a person from the shop to come in to fix the hose, you will never grant it, its a Saturday and a holiday weekend, but they came in to fix our car so we would have it for the long weekend. Bill is another person, he walked us through all the paper work from start to finish, Tara and Bill work very well as Team, We are looking forward to doing business with you guys. More
