So, I know this comment will not go with the others and I will say I'm not trying to get anything out of this company, but this need to be brought to people's attention. I bought a 2015 Audi A4 2.0 from them will say I'm not trying to get anything out of this company, but this need to be brought to people's attention. I bought a 2015 Audi A4 2.0 from them a little while ago and the rear main seal went out, " pretty common issue with the 2.0" I'm not mad about that it happens no big deal just fix it but when I brought it to a repair shop to get it looked at I found out it was not the original motor in the car and whoever put that motor in didn't install the motor mounts and multiple other things correctly there were hacked cut marks all over the inside bottom line very unsafe to drive. When I purchased the car Erik was great, I was very happy but they either knew about it and didn't tell me or they don't inspect their cars very well cause within 15 mins of looking under it I could not believe what I was seeing. I have proof if interested send me a message ***DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID*** More

I'm 74 so the thought of buying a car without a test drive and only from pictures was stressful at best. All my friends said it was fool hearty to send $30,000 to someone in another state who I had nev drive and only from pictures was stressful at best. I first looked up the BBV rating, read all the reviews and even did a prelimary background check on the owner. It all came back very positive so I did the deal and sent them the money. I was very stressed that the car would show up here in Texas looking like a pig with lipstick but it showed up looking like all the pictures they had sent me. Tom had arranged the car to have a recall done on it, allowed a pre-purchase inspection and was great to work with. So my point is if you are a Babby Boomer going through a "Late life crisis" don't let buying a car over the web put you off. My car purchase from U Car Connect ended very well. I feel ten years younger just sitting in it. And Tom if you travel to San Antonio please give me a ring I would enjoy buying you a cold drink. More

Excellent used car dealership! Before I came to the establishment, I was expecting a dealership looking building/parking lot, however I was immediately surprised to see the Inventory held within the bu establishment, I was expecting a dealership looking building/parking lot, however I was immediately surprised to see the Inventory held within the building itself. It was also surprising to see how clean and fresh the cars were looking, as if they just came out of the factory. They were extensively cared for, and included wax coatings as well as indoor climate control for storage, which is a very hard thing to find when searching for a used car. I located the Audi A4 I was interested in, took some time to myself inspecting it and looking at details I really didn't have time to look at when I was inspecting other A4's at other dealerships. Erik pulled the car out front, and let me take it for a test drive all by myself, which really helped me bond with the A4. Erik also personally provided his phone number to me which helped the communication factor between me as a buyer, and him as the seller. Extremely straightforward process from Erik himself, and I purchased the car three days after looking at it initially. Thanks guys! - Z More
