Great Service Department! Had to bring in my Passat because I got stuck in a ditch in the snow and thought I had tore the bottom up or twisted the axle. The techs perfored a thorough check and even brought me out to the bay to show me that there was minimal damage. I like the fact they clean the inside of my car anytime I bring it in for something. Review if general experience w tynans I’ve consistantly had good experience w service at tynans. Good communication, capable service, and an accomodating attitude. The only downside for me I’ve consistantly had good experience w service at tynans. Good communication, capable service, and an accomodating attitude. The only downside for me is that i live 3 to 7 hours west so that’s hard. The reason for using tynans initially was it was near the airport which i use often and because the vw dealer near me is serviced by technicians who kept damaging my car. (Last time almost $3000 worth.) but now, with several experiences at tynans, theyr’e my preferred service center. glad i found them. I can easily recommend them to others. Thanks. More

My service advisor was Mariah - didn't get techs name I was in for a recall item. They provided a shuttle and gave the the car a look over and recommended future work. Gave me a shuttle back.
