He did not pressure me at all, was very patient, and was able to get me a great deal on a fantastic Passat!!! He even gave me more than what I was expecting for my trade in!!! I was even introduced to John Tynan who treated me like family. Matt, in Finance, was extremely polite, did not try and up-sell me, and thoroughly explained all the paperwork. The finance process took no time at all!!! The entire experience was efficient and I felt like Christopher was more concerned about making sure I got a car that I loved versus trying to make a sale. Lucky # 16 I was so worried I wasn't going to be able to replace my Tiguan that was totaled by a drunk driver. Already fragile from the most traumatizing acciden I was so worried I wasn't going to be able to replace my Tiguan that was totaled by a drunk driver. Already fragile from the most traumatizing accident of my life I was feeling defeated after visiting 3 VW dealerships and having deplorable interactions. Salesmen trying to offer me assistance as to how, "this whole thing works", referring to the car buying process. What those salespeople didn't realize was that I used to work in the car industry and that all their ignorance was serving was for me to Yelp them on how unprofessional and archaic they were behaving. My last attempt at finding my VW was at Tynan's and I'm beyond thrilled with my experience. I actually made a list to remember all the past cars and Andrew helped me with Lucky 16, the Green Hornet. Andrew was the first salesperson to appreciate my situation and also approach me professionally. His knowledge was nothing short of miraculous and he was incredibly personable as well. Within hours I was in my new Tiguan. My daughter and I named our new Tiguan the Green Hornet, after her dark green color and speed. This is my 16th car to date but my first of many to come from Tynan's. I even met one of the Tynan's while I was there wishing me well. Second to none best car buying experience of my life. Cauther in service is very friendly and remembers me every time I need service and or to get another car.
