Hayes contacted me about a week after I had a website question (which had previously been answered quickly) and just wanted to know if I had any more questions and/or was still interested in the car. It was the only one that wasn't hounded me like all the other VW dealerships in the area. I told him I was about to purchase the same vehicle from another dealer and mentioned that the dealer had beat another's price by a whopping $50. We laughed, then he asked if I would consider purchasing from them if he could beat it even though it was a bit further away. Needless to say, it was worth the short drive. I think I saved about $500-600, got window tinting and clear bra thrown in, and got what I asked on my trade-in. When I picked up the car, it only took about 30-45min. Very low-pressure, quick, easy, & painless. I think it would have only taken 15 minutes except for my questions. Hayes is very straightforward and enjoyable to deal with. I certainly wouldn't purchase a VW from anyone else. More

Didnt even think i would be able to get a BRAND new car This was my first official car purchase, now I've bought cars in the past but they've been just cheap little cash cars. I must say this experience was very professional, when I came in I spoke with Robert, right off the bat I could tell all he wanted to do was help. I let him know my credit situation wasn't the greatest since I've never worked on it. He assured me they would work their hardest for me. We started out looking at great used Jetta, I was really excited due to the fact it had low miles and was in great condition. Also the vehicle went through an extensive inspection to make sure it was road worthy. Now once we figured out what car I liked we had to see if they could get me approved. This is where things took a turn! Robert came back asked, if I could get you in a brand new Jetta would you be interested? Of course I thought he was kidding due to my credit situation, but in fact he wasn't kidding! So I went in thinking I would get a used car but left in a brand new one!!! I really appreciate all the hard work Robert and the finance manger Chris did for me. I will be suggesting all my friends and family to Tynans!!! More

Friendly and Easy Going I’ve been to lots of different dealerships and I cannot find one that is anywhere near as nice and reliable as Tynan’s!
