Night and day difference between the 2 dealership experiences. The Service Advisor, Cauther, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The dealership provided an “Automobile Status Report” detailing “additional service recommendations” - but these were informational only — there was no hard sell to “scare” you into paying for all the recommendations.
