STILL NO RESOLVEMENT I didn’t have much dealing with Cauther other than checking me in & out. I spent 3 hours at the dealership & not one person spoke to me. I received one text wanting me to approve Cauther other than checking me in & out. I spent 3 hours at the dealership & not one person spoke to me. I received one text wanting me to approve add on sales. Then AFTER I left the dealership, I received a text saying I declined a dented wheel repair which was never brought to my attention. I think the damage might have been caused when the tire was changed, the reason for not telling me while I was there. After calling the service manager, I was offered to replace the wheel without a labor charger. I will not return. More

When I went to Tynan’s to get my car serviced, I had no clue I would be meeting Justin later that day and driving home in a new ride! From start to finish he took care of me and my needs and did not get fr clue I would be meeting Justin later that day and driving home in a new ride!
