4/9/26 to 4/13/2026 They keep my car for 3 working days and forgot to fix it and fixed it later coming week and I dropped my car for the 4th or 5th time for the same issue. I feel like Im coming back the issue was some call function error it keeps coming back again the light is already gone yesterday after they fixed it 4 days ago but the error did not show up on my dashboard I bought a brand new car december 2024 and this is the fifth ot fourth time with the same issue. Totally disappointed and frustrated. More

I went in for oil change, they did a maintenance. THEY EMPTIED MY COOLANT, then didn't fill it, ending my car engine over heating, completely could've ruined my brand new car! Frustrating. Been in for the same issues multiple times. Issues with brakes are a safety issue - regardless of what VW and Tynan's says. It's amazingly disappointing the number of issues we're being asked to tolerate for a brand new vehicle. Not at all what we expected when buying our first VW. It's truly sad that this kind of apathy is the standard. We'll certainly not be recommending Volkswagen / Tynan's to family and friends. More
