Jeff Costa acted like he was a nice guy and giving me a good deal when i went in to sell him my car. The lien on my car was co-signed by my dad who also had to sign to release my car. He did not pay me the day i sold my car and in total took about 2 months to pay me because he was incapable of covering his tracks. He sent the paperwork for my lien to an address across town from my father's house and took 2 weeks to realize that it had not arrived. He also sent my payoff funds to an entirely different state after i gave him the exact address to send them to. When I realized there were issues with the deal I attempted to call him and email him and he would hardly ever answer or respond. When I went to the dealership to speak to him in person I gave him the number for my bank to call and confirm that they received the payoff.. he misdialed and called a pizza place in his hometown. xxx. Everytime Jeff gave me information I would follow up with the shipping carrier or bank to confirm what he said and they always told me different information. I couldn't tell if he was incompetent and truly didn't know what was going on or if he was running me around in circles. I finally contacted the Colorado auto industry division and filed a complaint. The investigator told me that when he contacted the dealership they didn't take any responsibility for what happened. He still found them guilty of violating a written agreement. This is now a part of their permanent record. For 2 months i was without any money or a car. He cost me hundreds of dollars on ubers and was the worst businessman that I have ever encountered. They take zero responsibility and are downright negligent. Stay away from this dealership. More

Streamlined Sale I was so happy with my experience with Tynan's. I called a few days ahead and spoke with DJ regarding a used 2011 Toyota Sienna. I told him that I hav I was so happy with my experience with Tynan's. I called a few days ahead and spoke with DJ regarding a used 2011 Toyota Sienna. I told him that I have two little kids and that I wanted to be in and out the day I came to test drive in case I wanted to buy. I already had my financing completed beforehand, but told DJ what my budget was and what I wanted for my trade in. The deal was basically done when I walked in the door. The vehicle was exactly what I was expecting and in perfect condition. I LOVE MY NEW VAN!!! I would totally buy from Tynan's again. PS. I left my garage door opener twice (distracted by my little kids...) and Tynan's FedEx'd it to me so I didn't have to drive back out there the 2nd time. Amazing customer service. More
