This place is a scam. I took my car in to get repaired what I thought was going to be some minor repairs turned out to be a major repair on my engine less than three weeks I took my car in to get repaired what I thought was going to be some minor repairs turned out to be a major repair on my engine less than three weeks later my engine cracked and now I need a brand-new engine. The repair on my engine cost $1200 to get a brand-new engine thir asking for over $8000. I wouldn't go to this place unless you plan on getting ripped off the people are nice but the service is terrible. More

As a loyal preferred customer I was very disappointed with I went to Tynan's to re-lease another car as I always do when my lease was done. I was short 3 months but was advised by Brittany the salesperson to l I went to Tynan's to re-lease another car as I always do when my lease was done. I was short 3 months but was advised by Brittany the salesperson to look into re-leasing another car. Like always when I re-lease they have never charged me for over mileage. They advised me I wouldn't be charged but I had to pay my last 4 months and I would be receiving my bill in the mail. To my surprise I WAS charged for mileage plus wear and tear plus my 4 months. More than twice the amount I was expecting. I made an appointment to see the general manager STEVE and was advised to lease another car that had enough incentive options to equal my mileage amount. So bottom line is in order for me not to pay my mileage I have to lease another car and basically use my incentives to pay off my bill. This is not okay. I am so dissatisfied with this store and will never do business with them again. I filed a formal complaint and was told that the dealership never told me they would pay my miles so now I'm stuck with a bill and another leased car from Tynan's. Very unprofessional. Is this how you treat all your return customers? I will make sure everyone I know and my husband knows who by the way was in the military for 9 years will know about our experience More
