As a loyal preferred customer I was very disappointed with I went to Tynan's to re-lease another car as I always do when my lease was done. I was short 3 months but was advised by Brittany the salesperson to l I went to Tynan's to re-lease another car as I always do when my lease was done. I was short 3 months but was advised by Brittany the salesperson to look into re-leasing another car. Like always when I re-lease they have never charged me for over mileage. They advised me I wouldn't be charged but I had to pay my last 4 months and I would be receiving my bill in the mail. To my surprise I WAS charged for mileage plus wear and tear plus my 4 months. More than twice the amount I was expecting. I made an appointment to see the general manager STEVE and was advised to lease another car that had enough incentive options to equal my mileage amount. So bottom line is in order for me not to pay my mileage I have to lease another car and basically use my incentives to pay off my bill. This is not okay. I am so dissatisfied with this store and will never do business with them again. I filed a formal complaint and was told that the dealership never told me they would pay my miles so now I'm stuck with a bill and another leased car from Tynan's. Very unprofessional.
